Perth Market Update for the Week Ending 21 June 2026
Perth Property Market Update
Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 2.1 per cent compared to the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 645 transactions.
House sales were down 5.6 per cent compared to the week before. Unit sales were up 6.1 per cent, while land sales increased by 25.8 per cent.

Perth’s highest sale price: Cardup – $1,625,000
Perth’s lowest sale price: Maylands – $450,000
There were 5,901 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week. This is 2.9 per cent higher than the previous week.
This increase was due to house listings rising by 2.8 per cent, unit listings increasing by 2.6 per cent, and vacant land listings increasing by 4.7 per cent.
The total number of properties available for sale last week was 16 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 47.6 per cent higher than the same time last year.
Perth Rental Market
In Perth’s rental market, REIWA members reported 2,301 properties for rent at the end of last week. This is 1.3 per cent lower than the previous week.
Rental listings were 1.2 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 6.2 per cent lower than the same time last year.

REIWA members reported 656 properties leased last week. This was similar to the previous week, 1.9 per cent higher than four weeks ago, and 6 per cent lower than the same time last year.
